Rules and Regulations

Students and Parents/Guardians shall adhere strictly to the rules and regulations noted below and as may be modified from time to time. Any breach of these rules shall lead to severity of the misconduct/ breach.The principal’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding on the student/parent.

  1. Students must attend school on all working days and be punctual for the assembly.Late comers and absentees shall bring their late attendance and absence record signed by their parents.
  2. School Uniform must be worn on all working days and at all school functions.Students not wearing uniform will not be allowed to attend classes.
  3. The school uniform should be clean and well pressed. Student who is not in proper uniform or wearing dirty clothes is liable to be sent back home.
  4. Students shall bring everyday to school Text book and Note books, according to the time table, in addition to diary and writing instruments.
  5. Students should obey the teachers and school authorities in all matters,and are required to follow any instructions that may be given by the school authorities.
  6. Politeness and courtesy are expected from the students. Every student is urged to maintain in his manner and conduct high moral and ethical standards set by the school.
  7. Students should behave in a proper manner wherever they go. They should always remember that the school would be judged by their conduct.
  8. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct of the pupil inside or even outside the campus will invite disciplinary action.
  9. Irregular attendance, habitual negligence in school work, dishonesty, obscenity in word or act, serious misconduct or threats inside or outside the school shall lead to dismissal.
  10. Students themselves are responsible for the belongings, such as books, money, umbrella, lunch box etc.
  11. No jewellery must be worn in the school. No articles valuable or otherwise which are not required as a part of academic or cocurricular activities should be brought to the school.
  12. Students should keep their classrooms and surroundings neat & Clean.
  13. Care must be taken for all school property. Students are forbid17 den to write or scribble on the wall/ furniture or dirty the class rooms or damage any material. Parent/Guardian will have to compensate for wilful damage done to school property.
  14. Anyone who sees something damaged should report the matter to the school office.
  15. Every student must take part in physical education and other cocurricular activities unless rendered medically unfit or exempted by the principal.
  16. Any change in address of the student or his/her parent or guardian should be notified to the principal immediately through class teacher.
  17. Students should maintain a record of books read by them other than their regular school books
  18. Parents shall ensure that their children devote enough time at home for studies and for their assignments.
  19. Parents shall check the school diary every day, take note of the communication from the school.The school community needs the full co-operation of the parents.
  20. Books and magazines not recommended by the teachers shall not be brought to the school.
  21. Parents who escort their children to school shall leave their children near the school gate in the morning, and Receive them at the gate in the evening, Parents shall not enter the classroom.
  22. No students shall leave the school premises during school working hours,without the permission of principal.
  23. No students shall stay back in the school premises after school working hours except when advised by principal or teachers. School shall not be responsible for their well being, if they stay back after school hours without permission.
  24. Students shall normally reach school 5 minutes before first bell and in any case not earlier than 15 minutes before the first bell unless otherwise instructed.School shall not be responsible for their well being if they reach school earlier to that.
  25. Upon receiving notice of warning issued to the student, the parent shall counsel the ward at home, not to repeat the mistake/ breach of any rules.
  26. To ensure informity, only note books recommended/supplied by schools are to be purchased.
  27. Any requests, complaints, etc should be given in writing at the school office.
